More About Laura

Laura Richwilson brings a deep love for the Pacific Northwest and a lifelong commitment to service into her work as a real estate broker. With a background that includes working as a personal assistant, bookkeeper, and co-managing a successful online resale business, she has developed strong skills in organization, communication, and client care—qualities that translate seamlessly into real estate.

Before returning to Seattle in 2021, Laura and her husband spent nearly six years in Oregon mentoring and supporting at-risk youth. That season shaped her values and taught her the importance of trust, consistency, and walking with people through major life transitions.

Today, Laura approaches every transaction with calm focus and empathy. She’s especially passionate about helping people find stability and belonging through homeownership—something that resonates deeply, having personally experienced housing insecurity growing up.

Laura proudly partners with her husband, Garret Richwilson. Together, they bring warmth, integrity, and a collaborative spirit to every client relationship, serving the Seattle area with a shared passion for real estate and community.

Outside of real estate, Laura enjoys spending time with her children, lifting weights, running, singing, and is currently learning both guitar and piano. She lives in Laurelhurst with her husband, their two children, and their Rottweiler.

A note from Laura:

It’s an honor to support clients through one of life’s most meaningful milestones—buying or selling a home—and I’m committed to doing so with integrity, compassion, and care.”
