Laura Richwilson brings a deep love for the Pacific Northwest and a lifelong commitment to service into her work in real estate. With a professional background that includes working as a personal assistant, bookkeeper, and helping manage a successful online resale business, Laura has developed a strong foundation in organization, problem-solving, and client care—skills that serve her well in the fast-paced world of real estate.
Before returning to Seattle in 2021, Laura and her husband spent nearly six years in Oregon mentoring and serving at-risk youth. That season deeply shaped her values, instilling in her the importance of trust, consistency, and walking with people through pivotal life transitions.
Now, as a licensed Real Estate Broker, Laura brings a calm, thoughtful presence to every transaction. She is especially passionate about helping people find a sense of stability and belonging through homeownership—something she holds close, having personally experienced housing insecurity as a child.
Laura Richwilson proudly partners with her husband, Garret. Together, they bring warmth, integrity, and dedication to every client relationship, serving the Seattle area with a shared passion for real estate and community.
Outside of real estate, Laura enjoys spending time with her children, lifting weights, running, singing and is currently learning to play both guitar and piano. She lives in Laurelhurst with her husband, their two children, and their Rottweiler.
A note from Laura:
“It’s an honor to support clients as they navigate one of life’s most meaningful milestones—buying or selling a home—and I’m committed to doing so with integrity, compassion, and care.”
